During the long time of her presence in Medjugorje, Our Lady has counteracted the anti-Christian drift of the contemporary world, which has removed God to put man in his place.

Our Lady has dedicated many messages to this Luciferian evolution of modernity, predicting on several occasions the failure of this project and affirming that for a world without God “there is neither future, nor joy, but above all there is no eternal salvation” (04-25-1997) – (07/05/2021).

Even with different political, social and economic systems, the construction of the Tower of Babel, which pits human power against divine power, seems to be the global project that humanity has undertaken, with which Satan himself takes the place of God.

In this regard, Our Lady addressed memorable words to us, which manifest the reality of the world as it appears in the eyes of Heaven: “Humanity has chosen death,” Our Lady warned, and associated “modernity” as we understand it with “perdition”: “Modern man does not want God and is heading towards perdition.

The prophecy is repeated insistently as we move towards the time of the Secrets. On the other hand, we ourselves see the looming of a new world war, with its nuclear threats as an Armageddon that no one is able to stop.

In the time of the Secrets, however, the collapse of the godless world will occur due to the intervention of the Almighty and not because of man’s “destructive war”.

Indeed, human powers will collapse like the walls of Jericho at the sound of the prophetic trumpets, which will reveal the events of the Secrets three days before they occur.

At the manifestation of divine omnipotence and prophecy, the people will shake off the yokes and run towards the salvation that comes from Heaven.

It will be a spectacle never seen before, but evoked in the Holy Scriptures, in the light of which we must learn to read the history of the past, the present and the future.

Already now in the world we must learn to see all that is perishable and, however glittering, destined for Gehenna, and all that is new, of a perennial novelty, and that pours forth, like light after darkness, to illuminate the horizon.
